01Our Goal

RAW Recovery LLC aims for our websites to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with disabilities.

02What We Do

• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images;
• Allow pages to be zoomed and resized;
• Maintain readable color contrast between text and backgrounds;
• Use headings, labels, and page language settings that assistive technology can read; and
• Test our pages with automated accessibility tools and review problems as we find them.

03Known Limitations

Some features on our websites are provided by other companies, including Calendly (booking calls), Typeform (applications), and ScoreApp (assessments). We choose these tools with accessibility in mind, but we do not control how they are built. If one of them does not work for you, contact us and we will help you another way, such as by email.

If you have trouble using any part of our websites, or want information in a different format, please tell us. Include the page address and a short description of the problem.
